Many of you have heard this already, but we are bringing back Fairborn Marching Band Alumni for an Alumni Band Night on Friday, September 14th.

The Schedule will be as follows:

Thursday, September 13th Alumni Practice from 5:30 to 7:00 at FHS
We will practice in the high school band room inside for about the first 45 minutes then go outside and rehearse pre-game with the high school band.

Friday, September 14th Alumni Band Night at the FHS Football game against Troy
Alumni Band will meet in the parking lot near the FHS Band Semi at approx 5:45pm for an Alumni Band Tailgate party where we will grill out and be entertained by a stand still performance from the current Marching Band. At approximately 6:30 we will meet in front of Baker JH to run through the pregame music with the marching band.  We will then do pre-game.

Following this we will be playing in the stands along with the FHS Marching Band.

Dress for this occasion is something blue or with Fairborn on it. In the future we would like to have an Alumni Band t-shirt of some sort but the first year we would like to make it simple.

We hope that this will be a great success the first year so we can make this an annual event.

If you would rather not play and just enjoy the tailgate party and the game please let us know in an email so we can plan accordingly for the tailgate party.  Please this info to any band alumni you know!
